WELCOME TO
After 20 years of teaching vinyasa yoga in studios such as Triyoga and more recently on with Trinny Woodall,'s platforms, I've cerated wanted to create an online platform with open-level Rocket Yoga and Rocket Yoga-inspired classes for both newcomers and improvers. I've recently added Yoga Nidra relaxation classes (all you need to do is lie down) to the video library too.
My home workouts fit into your schedule, with 3 new classes every week live and on catch-up. My aim for everyone develop a strong, steady, balanced and joyful way of moving and state of mind – both on and off the mat.
For the best-value way to practice with me regularly, join the monthly membership now and gain access to all live classes and on-demand recordings. There are 2 live classes per week, which you can sign up for on the schedule and one slow flow class on demand uploaded on Saturdays. Do your favourite class again, discover pre-recorded tutorials, find a beginner's class, a wind down flow or take a breath break.
