Payment

Payment can be made by all major Credit, Debit Cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note all credit/debit cardholders may be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

When you purchase a class or class pack it takes the form of credits, which can be exchanged for classes. Your card details are stored in encrypted form by Stripe.com.

To view an on-demand class, click on it, purchase the relevant credits and then navigate back to the video to watch. Note, you will not be sent a link. You have 48 hours to watch it before your access expires.

Booking is operated by Instabook, See their privacy policy https://www.tryinstabook.com/privacy-policy. Your data (email address, first name, last name) is used by Instabook to book you into classes, send you reminders and other notifications related to your booking.

Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 12 hours before the start of the class by pressing the cancel button. Your credit(s) will be returned to your account but we do not issue a monetary refund. If you cancel after the cancellation period, your credit will not be returned. If you want to watch the class on catch-up, please navigate to the 'videos' section and select it there. You will not be sent a link. 

Liability waiver 

Always consult your doctor before undertaking exercise. If you are or have been under medical supervision, you must receive sign off from your physician that you are safe to participate in this exercise.

You agree to inform The Trainer of any changes in medical conditions, injuries or health status as and when they occur. The Trainer cannot be held liable in any way for any undisclosed information or any unknown medical conditions.

You understand that there are inherent risks involved in participating in a programme of exercise.

If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in training, you acknowledge that The Trainer is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by his/her gross negligence or intentional act.
